Tatsiana Molakava did her higher musical studies in Belarus where she graduated with the Master of Arts at the State Academy in 2001, specializing in concert performance, accompaniment and piano teaching.

She has taught piano at the Music School of Minsk, performed at the Belarusian State Philharmonic in Minsk, and was Professor of Accompaniment at the State Academy. From 2008 to 2013, Tatsiana was repetiteur of the Bolshoi National Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk where she worked with the best soloists of Belarus.

Among her many awards are the Laureate of the International Competition of Singers and Piano Accompanists in Vilnius (Lithuania), as well as Best Accompanist at the Independent International Competition of Opera Performers in Moscow.

Tatsiana has recorded two CDs (Belarusian vocal music) and a series of radio recordings (Tchaikovsky's vocal music).

Since September 2016, Tatsiana has been a teacher at the Conservatoire de la Ville in Luxembourg.
